Payment Methods

• California Residents pay 8.75% Sales Tax
• Stuff-O-Rama accepts Money Orders or Cashier's Cheques and PayPal as payment.
• Our Web Site Shopping Cart is through PayPal. You do not have to sign up with PayPal to use their service.
• If you'd reather mail in your order, you can use a mail in order form to pay by money order or cashier's cheque order, please print out a order form.
  We have an order form available in a Microsoft Word document (.doc) or a Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) version.

• We can no longer accept credit card orders over the phone or by fax.
  

Shipping Information

• We ship all packages U.S Priority Mail unless prior arrangements are made.
• We have no control over Postal Carriers or other carriers suggested arrival times.
• We apologize for any inconvenience or delays caused, unfortunately we have no way of controlling such delays once the packages leave our building.
• All orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of receipt, sometimes sooner.
• Actual shipping time may take 2 to 10 days to receive thereafter, depending on distance.
• We box up all orders in the order they are received.

International Shipping Rates

• Outside of U.S., all packages are shipped via U.S.Postal Service Air Mail.
• We cannot ship to Mexico, South America or Africa.
• We cannot list packages as "gift" or claim the items to cost less than the purchase price. As part of our shipping license, it is illegal for us to not disclose contents or falsify the forms. By law, we have to include the invoice and attach a customs form on the box as well as include an invoice inside the box. If we do not follow protocol, we will lose our overseas shipping license.
• Most countries will charge a Duty Tax on any purchase over $20.00 USD, most countries will not release the package from their Customs Department until the duties are paid. Sometimes it is enforced, sometimes it is not, depending on the country you live in. We have no control over your government's policies or how they pick and choose which people or items to tax. Please be forewarned there is a possibilty of extra charges from your country's delivery system.
• We have no control over Postal Carriers, Customs or suggested arrival times. Although the U.S. Postal Service quotes air mail arrival within 7 to 14 days, it may take as long as 28 days, depending on your Country's Customs Officials and postal routes. The price difference between air and Priority Mail only guarantees the time of arrival to the shipping country's postal system.
• We also have no control over customs fees or duties charged by your country.We apologize for any inconvenience or delays caused by this process, ultimately we have no way of controlling such delays.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Please note the measured dimensions listed on the item's description. The actual size of photos can be misleading.

• All regular priced items can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
• Sale items are final, no returns or refunds.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of defective or mis-shipped merchandise. These items will be replaced or fully refunded.
• Orders will be refunded through your PayPal account unless prior arrangements are made.
